CLIP DIES - The Industry's Standard for many years. Inexpensive and efficient.

The Doghouse die - Perfected by Howard & Carl Bettner in 1959, one piece construction. Sold with & without holes.
Cathedral die - 3 piece construction with steel bottom. Sold with or without holes.

SPLIT DOME DIES - Designed and patented by Howard & Carl Bettner in 1962. Revolutionized enameling process by allowing dies to be changed on a running wire. Many styles and materials.

CARBIDE TIPPED & SOLID DIES - We offer the most popular types of carbide tipped dies for horizontal and vertical ovens. Custom styles are available. Carbon steel and case hardened steel solid dies are also available in a variety of sizes and styles.

SQUARE AND RECTANGULAR -
UNIVERSAL TYPE ASSEMBLIES - These are spring loaded, self adjusting assemblies that use hardened grooved sleeves to apply enamel to square, rectangular, and flat wire.

ACCESSORIES - Die opening pliers, die holding fingers, tension clips, hole making machinery for clip dies.
